Please note these important details for the 2025 conference!

NOTE: This information will be emailed before the event (again) to the main contact only. Please share this information with other representatives that may be attending. Part of your sponsorship entails that you can send a brochure or other printed materials for the participant packets. Please send those materials between May 23rd and 30th to:

Set Up Time:
You will have the option to exhibit on Tuesday - Thursday, June 3-5, 2025 . If you have a display table, set up time is scheduled for Monday, June 2 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm or Tuesday, June 3 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am.

We will have multiple opportunities for door prize giveaways. If you have an item for door prizes, please drop them off at the registration area and we will announce the winners during session breaks.

If your sponsorship includes an exhibit booth:

Your booth includes:

One 8 foot table with linen tablecloth and skirting
Two chairs
Wifi is available – the network is BSC.Guest. After selecting that network, you will be redirected to BSC’s website, where you will be asked to agree to usage terms. No passwords are required.
Please bring your own extension cords.

A map of booths will be sent in late May.

Nametags/Check-In: Nametags for your sponsorship representatives will be at the registration desk. If you have not submitted them yet, please provide the details below to Alison for each representative. Deadline to send in details is Friday, June 2.
